Spent all day walking around Liverpool following the information I had acquired through the library and archives, the following is only a selection of 252 images taken that day.

I quite like these images and I will print a few of them off in a group of 9 and crop them to see how they would look to potentially fill a space. I'm also interested in the negative space created by the grids, these make bold patterns which will make good prints.
I have contacted the Liverpool council about the grids and sewers, they said they have handed all details over to United Utilities who want a letter (not an e-mail) stating what it is I want from them and why. Discovered their point of contact is only five minutes away from my house so if the letter gets no response quick enough I could always go knocking!
Been far too busy this week to focus on the project! So much happening it feels like I keep missing things because I'm so pre occupied with whats happening in Liverpool at the moment. Christmas is defiantly a chaotic time of year.
